It is a triple-acting defense system to help alleviate skin irritations. Nurse Yelhsa's Skin Cream has been used successfully by all ages from infants to the elderly. To use, apply a small amount to affected areas as needed. The cream is thick and provides coverage to a large area with just a small amount. Please note that we use Raw/Unrefined Organic Shea Butter in our recipe which has a very dense texture. It can be very soft or firm depending on the weather and will provide great results regardless of the texture.
